How to organize your faith fest 7 simple steps
Pick a place in your community park or town square. If needed rent a pavilion Don't forget it's the first Sunday in June. And pick a time for your faith fest something you will put on your Flyers. Most important part remember to set aside 10 to 15 minutes to join together in a prayer chain.
Design your flyer have fun with it just a suggestion have a Bible verse somewhere in there. And let people know this is a nationwide movement. Adding free food might attract some attention.
Talk to the churches in your town, friends, family anyone you know tell them about it. I will have a church letter that you can feel free to copy and paste or you can make your own. But let people know the Farther in advance you do this the more successful your faith fest will be
Get those flyers printed And post them around town in stores at churches staple them to a telephone pole put them where they can be seen.
Start preparing to cook this is a church potluck decide what dish you're bringing and have friends help make dishes. Me personally I'm having subway make me 100 Subs. If you're not the cooking type and prepare a playlist most people have a Bluetooth Speaker and a phone. Your Playlist will be used for when you have your prayer chain that 10 or 15 minutes where you join together in praise and prayer. Have a really great playlist playing in the background while people are giving praise and prayer. And end with your favorite song. My Faith fest is ending with this little light of mine.
It's happening today is the first Sunday day of June and you are there you are at your park you are ready to give praise and prayer greet people Spend time in Fellowship if you feel so driven have a small sermon maybe play some volleyball it's your faith fest do what works for you and be sure they know what time you will be joining for your prayer chain. Then get to praising and giving God the glory he so deserves. Knowing that you are doing something that can build a brighter future for our children. and giving others that may not know of God's love the opportunity to see it in full display that they may come to the Lord. I believe this is going to make church memberships grow in every community that has A Faith Fest
Final step and key part of making this movement grow even bigger for next year. Have somebody designated to get pictures to take videos. Share those pictures and videos with everybody you possibly can and ask them to post on social media using the hashtag movement. you can read more about the hashtag movement in my mission statement.
